Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter – Terms) regulate the purchase and sale of jewelry products exclusively in the online store (hereinafter – Store), the conditions of delivery and return of goods, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

1.2. The Seller sells goods only through the online store. Physical trade is not carried out.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement the Terms at any time. The Buyer is subject to the Terms valid at the time of placing the order.

2. Ordering of Goods

2.1. An order is considered placed when the Buyer selects the desired product, the delivery method, provides their details, and pays for the product.

2.2. An order is considered valid only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All product prices in the Store are indicated in euros (EUR), including VAT.

3.2. The Buyer pays for the goods by choosing one of the payment methods offered in the Store (e.g., online banking, bank card, etc.).

3.3. The Seller starts fulfilling the order only after receiving full payment.

4. Delivery of Goods

4.1. Goods are delivered via the selected courier service – by courier or to a parcel locker, according to the method chosen by the Buyer.

4.2. Delivery price and terms depend on the selected delivery method and are specified at the time of order.

4.3. The Seller is not responsible for courier service delays but will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery.

4.4. The Buyer undertakes to collect the parcel within the parcel locker’s storage period or as agreed with the courier.

4.5. On-site payment or collection of goods at a physical location is not available – all goods are delivered only remotely via parcel lockers or courier services.

5. Quality Guarantee

5.1. If the Buyer notices a defect in the product, they must immediately, but no later than within 2 business days of receiving the item, inform the Seller by email, attaching photos proving the defect.

5.2. The Seller undertakes to replace the defective product or refund the money.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached – in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
