Returns and Exchanges

1. Items are not returnable, except in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged (e.g., damaged during transportation or defective).

  • The custum made ring size is unsuitable – in this case, the product may be returned for adjustment.

2. The Seller must be informed about about damage by email within 2 business days of receiving the item. The Buyer must provide clear photos or a description substantiating the issue. In cases where the return is justified, the Seller covers the shipping costs or agrees on an appropriate solution with the Buyer.

3. Other items, including custom-made or personalized jewelry products (e.g., engraved), are non-returnable in accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
